Open plan sitting/dining/kitchen with french doors opening onto the enclosed paved area with barbecue and bench seating. 

Fitted kitchen with all appliances incl. fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, microwave, washer etc. There a drying rack, washing line and tumble dryer for guests use. 

• Master King bedroom suite with TV, mirrored wardrobe. 

• Second bedroom with King or twin beds with mirrored wardrobe.

• Family bathroom with separate walk-in shower.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. 

The cupboards are fully stocked with pots/pans and crockery/cutlery etc.  The kitchen is open plan with the dining and comfortable sitting area, with large dining table and seating to accommodate all guests.
