Covid 19 Cleaning and Cancellation Information for Pittendreich Self Catering Cottages.
The rural cottages we have at Pittendreich make it a perfect place to enjoy a break. We look forward to welcoming new and return guests to our holiday cottages.
It is important that we are able to provide a safe environment for you to enjoy your stay; with this aim in mind we have taken the decision to leave a 1 night gap between bookings.
We will continually review our Risk Assessment to take into account any changes in legislation and current guidelines.
Cleaning: The cottages will be cleaned and, where appropriate, disinfectants will be used that comply with EN 14667
We will provide appropriate cleaning materials within the property for your use during your stay.
Arrival and Departure: Instructions on how to access the cottage will be sent to you in advance of your stay, allowing for a flexible no-touch check-in and check-out process. We look forward to welcoming you to our cottages once you are settled.

If you test positive or develop symptoms during your stay: If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 during your stay you must inform us immediately. If you are well enough to travel you should return home and self-isolate in accordance with current Government guidance.
Cancellations; If there is another Government Travel Restriction put in place prior to your arrival, at either the location of the cottages or the location of your address, please inform us as soon as possible and your payment can be refunded.
